24 Works on Paper

The 24 Works on Paper exhibition features 24 artworks created on paper, including media such as printmaking, drawing, painting and photography.

The 2016 guest juror is W. Jackson Rushing III, Ph.D., University of Oklahoma Adkins Presidential Professor of Art History and Mary Lou Milner Carver Chair in Native American Art. He works in several intersecting areas: Native American art; modern and contemporary art; Southwest modernism; theory, criticism, and methodology; museum studies; and post-colonialism and visual culture.

The exhibition will continue at the Tulsa Artists’ Coalition Gallery through December 30, 2016. Gallery hours are Thursday through Saturday, 6 pm – 9 pm. It will then travel to venues across Oklahoma such as the Gardiner Gallery of Art in Stillwater, Ponca City Art Center, Graceful Arts Center in Alva, and the Leslie Powell Foundation & Gallery in Lawton.
